At Dent Wizard Earning A Great Income Is Just Part Of Our Program

Our PDR Technicians are compensated in two different ways - as a salary, and as a percentage of sales.

Earn While You Learn
All of our technicians receive a base salary throughout the training period. Dent Wizard pays all of your costs to travel to St. Louis for your training. We also pay the cost of your housing. All students stay in furnished apartments in a very nice area in west St. Louis County.

After Training
When you return from St. Louis, you will continue to be paid a base salary while you continue your training in the field. When you demonstrate the ability to begin servicing accounts, you will receive additional compensation based on a percentage of your monthly sales. Our technicians earn anywhere from $35,000 to $60,000, and more.

With Dent Wizard, there is no cap on what you can earn. You will be earning based on your own efforts. You earn more every year because you get better every year. The quality of your work, and the size and types of repairs that you do will improve every year. As your speed and proficiency improves, and your customer relationships grow, your income goes up.
