Training - in the field

Your training doesn't end when you get back from St. Louis. For the next 4 to 8 weeks, you will have the opportunity to work with one or more experienced technicians. You will learn the "tricks of the trade" from some of the very best in the business. Our Senior and Master technicians have a wealth of practical field experience and will help you to quickly shorten your learning curve. You will continue to improve your technical skill and develop the fine art of customer service.

Soon you will be calling on new and established customers, working in the field developing your skill and your customer base. Your clients will include car dealerships, rental agencies, and auto auctions. You will develop close working relationships with new and used car managers, service managers, and others at all of your accounts.

Your technical proficiency and career growth will continue with our Senior and Advanced training programs. You will acquire a level of proficiency rarely achieved by others with even years of experience.
