Ding Shield Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Ding Shield PDR repairs expire 36, 48, or 60 months from date of issue dependent upon the specific term purchased by the original retail buyer. Each repair is valid for the removal of up to (a) three "quarter" size dings; or (b) two "golf ball" size dings; or (c) one "baseball" size ding per panel that has no visible paint damage, and has not punctured the metal. Ding Shield is limited to personal use passenger cars, trucks and sport utility vehicles. To activate Ding Shield, submit this Agreement within ten (10) days of purchase to Dent Wizard International Corp.

Ding Shield PDR repairs are initially limited to the original retail buyer and original registered vehicle listed on this Ding Shield Agreement. Ding Shield PDR repairs are transferable by the original retail buyer provided that an administrative fee is paid and that the repairs are being transferred to either: (1) a different vehicle acquired by the original retail buyer; or (2) a subsequent private purchaser of the original registered vehicle (this transfer right is voided if the original registered vehicle is traded, sold or consigned to an individual or entity engaged in the wholesale or retail sale, leasing or rental of automobiles).

Should the original retail buyer wish to transfer the remaining repairs (within the specific 36, 48, or 60-month Plan term) to either a vehicle other than the original registered vehicle, or to a subsequent private purchaser of the original registered vehicle, the original retail buyer must complete a "Certificate of Transfer" and mail it to the Ding Shield Administrator at the address below, along with a $50.00 (US) administrative fee. The original retail buyer may request a "Certificate of Transfer" by contacting the Program Administrator at the address listed below or by downloading from www.dentwizard.ca. All transfers will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of the Ding Shield Administrator's receipt of a completed Certificate of Transfer to take effect.

The original retail buyer may cancel this agreement at any time by returning it to the issuing dealer. If the request is made within the first 60 days and no Ding Shield PDR repairs have been used, the original retail buyer will be entitled to a full refund. If the request is made after the first 60 days the original retail buyer will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on the number of days remaining on this agreement divided by the term (number of days of the agreement), less any claims made. Certain states may have specific laws regarding the cancellation of Ding Shield repairs. In those states the specific laws of the state that you reside in will apply.

As an added protection for you, the consumer, Dent Wizard, through VAC, has obtained various insurance policies to insure performance under this contract. Should the issuing dealer or VAC fail to pay any claim or fail to replace the product covered under this contract within sixty (60) days after product has been returned or fail in the event of contract cancellation to refund the unearned portion of the contract price, the Ding Shield customer is entitled to make a direct claim against the insurance company. In California, Florida and Connecticut the insurer is State National Insurance Company, c/o AmTrust Financial Group, 99 Tower Drive, Middletown, NY 10941. In Wisconsin and Texas the insurer is Rochdale Insurance Company, c/o AmTrust Financial Group, 99 Tower Drive, Middletown, NY 10941. In all other states the insurer is Technology Insurance Company, c/o Amtrust Financial Group, 99 Tower Drive, Middletown, NY 10941..
